Tissue Paper Enzymes for De-Inking Applications Xylase ( AU-MTPE90)

AU-MTPE90
Tissue Paper Enzymes for De-inking Applications
Description
AU-MTPE90 is a complex enzyme preparation intended for modifying cellulosic fibers to aid in the separation of ink and other debris from recycled papers. AU-MTPE90 is easily added to existing systems without the need of complex or specialized equipment and has a broad rage of pH pH5.0-8.0and temperature 22celsius -65celsius.
Benefits
Elimination of the need for soda pulping.
Reduction in REFINING ENERGY. Reduction in Refining time or Amperage leading to a reduction in electrical costs.
Improvement in FIBRE YIELD. Increase in fines retention from increased fibrillation (micro-fibrillation). Helps to reduce build-up of fines in forming and press fabrics, increasing fabric life.
Improvement in WASTEWATER QUALITY. Reduction of fines and the cleaning of white water loops.
Improvement of PAPER STRENGTH properties. Enhances paper strength by increasing inter-fiber bonding through fibrillation (micro-fibrillation).
Improvement in MACHINE RUNNABILITY. Cleaner whitewater system helps to reduce slime build up that causes sheetbreaks.
Reduction in STEAM LOADING or INCREASE IN PAPERMACHINE SPEED. Improvement in drainability leading to either the reduction of steam demand for paper drying or conversely increases in the paper machine speed.
Improvement in PAPER QUALITY. Improvement in paper formation due increased fines retention and more efficiently refined pulp.
Savings in RAW MATERIAL costs. Allows the use of lower quality and cheaper furnishes.
Savings in CHEMICAL costs. Reduction in consumption of retention aids and strength enhancing chemicals.
Properties
Appearance: Tan powder (Note that color does not affect or reflect activity. )
Odor: Slight fermentation odor
Solubility: Miscible with water
pH: 6.5 ± 0.3
Effect of Temperature
It will function from 22oC65oC with an optimum of 50oC60oC.
Optimum operating temperature results in higher enzymatic activity requiring less dosage of enzyme.
Effect of pH
It will function from a pH of 4, 508.5 with an optimum of 6.5-7.5.
Optimum operating pH results in higher enzymatic activity requiring less dosage of enzyme.
Dosage
It is added at a dosage between 10-45 g/ton (metric ton) of dry pulp. It is normally added at the hydropulper to ensure uniform mixing.
As there is an inverse relationship between reaction time and enzyme dosage to obtain a maximum effectiveness, tank levels where enzymatic treatment is performed must be kept at the highest possible level.
Termination
Can be inactivated by raising the pH above 9.5 or temperature above 65 oC or a combination of the two. It is inactivated in the dryers at the paper machine. No residual enzymatic activity will be found in the manufactured paper.
Packaging
Standard package size for is 20 kilogram plastic drums.
Handling
Is not an irritant; However avoid contact with skin and eyes. Always close drum after opening.
Storage
When stored in sealed containers, under cool dry conditions, has a loss of activity of normally less than 10% over one year.
Sukahan (Weifang) Bio-technology Co., Ltd. is always ready to provide help for using our product properly.
